So, how Amblem works is that Magic exists in this world, but not everyone wields it or wields it the same way.
The type of abilities one has depends on one’s species, bloodline, place of origin, training, and connection to the world.
Angels, demons, dragons, vampyrs, fae, and cryptids may all possess supernatural abilities, but those abilities come from different sources and follow different rules.
