Milford is a vampyr and leader within the Vampyr Mafia.

The Society of the Fallen Angels
The Society of the Fallen Angels includes angel Watchers with their own roles within the supernatural world of The Tome of Talula.
Dumo — Cowboy Angel Watcher
Dumo is an angel Watcher.
More specifically, he’s a cowboy angel Watcher.

Dezel — Judgment Angel Watcher
Dezel is a Judgment Angel Watcher and member of the Society of the Fallen Angels.
He and Dumo are both Watchers.
They have extremely different energies.
The Council
The Council is one of the major governing powers within the Commonwelth in The Tome of Talula.
It claims to maintain order and regulate life within a world populated by humans, demons, angels, vampyrs, fae, elves, demigods, cryptids, and other creatures.
Whether The Council is actually the good guy is another question entirely.
Zareth — Demon
Zareth is a demon who works in Council IT and serves as Boon’s secretary.
Someone has to keep the government functioning.
Unfortunately, it’s Zareth.
Corvo — Human
Corvo is a human and a member of The Council board.
Boon — Demon and Council Speaker
Boon is a demon and Speaker of The Council.
As Council Speaker, Boon holds one of the most powerful political positions in the Commonwelth.
He is completely normal about this.

The Brotherhood
The Brotherhood is a religious cult operating within the world of The Tome of Talula.
Although it presents itself as a movement fighting for the people of the Commonwelth, The Brotherhood’s beliefs and actions hide something much darker.
And then there’s Booker.
